Fifteen villas, each with their own manager, are perched on the edge of the Caribbean. The rooms are the work of Oscar de la Renta, who has a home of his own nearby. Custom-designed fabrics complement the locally crafted mahogany and rattan furniture. “I wanted guests to feel as if they were in my home,” de la Renta told Vogue at last year’s opening.
