Ireland’s School of Falconry is located right on the grounds of the 13th century Ashford Castle, the former Guinness family country estate which has been hosting the rich and famous since 1939. The school practices the ancient art of falconry with birds of prey including Harris hawks. Available through September, the two-night package runs at $2,646.
