Today, grooms-to-be are planning elaborate destination parties that don't include exotic dancers and slot machines. They may, however, involve alligators. Your guides will head out the night before your hunt and lay hooks baited with chicken carcasses where gators are known to feed. The next morning, your party hits the marsh in airboats and tries to haul in gators that have taken the bait. When the guide brings your gator to the surface, the hunter in your boat is responsible for delivering the kill shot using a rifle, handgun, bow or—if he's man enough—a knife.
