Evoking a long and narrow corridor within one of the nearby Métro stations, this gym occupies the street level of an older building near the Gare de Lyon. The machines are modern and up to date, however, with equal emphasis on cardio and weight training. Patronized mostly by office workers and residents of this sometimes gritty neighborhood, it offers views of Paris many visitors don't often see.
