French chef Joël Robuchon came out of retirement to open his first and only fine dining restaurant in the United States here, at the MGM Grand. The five seating areas evoke 1930s Paris, and the main room boasts 17-foot ceilings.

Aureole, at Mandalay Bay.

They have a wine tower that is four stories tall and holds more than 60,000 bottles! Beautiful "wine angels" retrieve each bottle with the help of a wire suspension system. The wine list is like a big Palm Pilot and is quite entertaining to use.

The lounge, at the hotel at Mandalay Bay.

This swank hangout has plush chairs, a sports bar, and a billiards room. It is easily accessible from the Mandalay Bay parking garage and is quiet enough for patrons to easily hear one another.
