This is one of my favorite Italian restaurants. It's a little place, but the food is outstanding: very light, very fresh, and very reasonable.

Best Romantic Restaurant
Rouge.

Oprah says they make one of the top 10 burgers in the country at this little French bistro on Rittenhouse Square.

Best Wine
La Famiglia.

The list at this upscale Italian eatery runs the gamut. Their cellar is one of the country's largest, and it's known for its vast selection of Italian wines - including a 1947 Barolo.

It's a grand, elegant space. Ease into one of the ornate plush chairs amidst the towering pillars of this landmark building, and you may very well see a who's who of the Philadelphia business world.
