Try the foie gras with carmelized brown bread. And the sommelier is wonderful--when I went I had wine from regions that I didn't even know made wines.

The service is amazing. They are extremely attentive and the wine sommelier is wonderful. And it's the kind of restaurant you don't walk out still feeling hungry. The signature pulled pork shreds apart because it's so tender.

Best Steak
Charlie Palmer (at the Four Seasons).

The chefs do such a phenomenal job. They even cure all their own beef.
