Hot Buttered Rum (Montgomery Place, London)

The popularity of hot buttered rum has decreased over the past couple of decades, but that hasn’t stopped London’s Montgomery Place from featuring the perfect version on their menu. “A really smooth, simple classic,” says head bartender Ales Olasz.  “The strong rum kick is hidden under the butter.  It’s as delicate as English tea with milk, but more fragrant and punchy.”
