This hotel was originally built in the 19th century as an inn for the merchants passing through Kitzbühel by coach. Today it's impeccably maintained by the Klena family and its fine staff. Dozens of seating niches offer cozy intimacy, and a fireplace provides midwinter cheer a few paces from the heavily trafficked lobby. The fourth floor contains a panoramic terrace with one of the best mountain views in town. A 2-minute walk from the ski lifts, the hotel offers snugly equipped rooms with comfortable furniture and neatly kept bathrooms with tub/shower combinations. An a la carte restaurant serves well-prepared Austrian and international dishes.
