Peacefully located in beautiful countryside, this hotel is only 18km (11 miles) from Palma on the way to Inca Alcúdia. The 16th-century Majorcan villa has been renovated and furnished with good-quality reproduction furniture as well as antiques. An unspoiled view of the Tramuntana Mountains forms the backdrop to the hotel, which is surrounded by gardens. Beamed ceilings and wooden shutters add an authentically traditional touch to the rooms, which were all refurbished and painted in subtle Mediterranean colors. The deluxe doubles and suites have French doors opening onto terraces with stunning views. Four reception rooms include an extraordinary blue room with trompe l'oeil clouds painted on the walls, and what was previously the olive-pressing room, the tafona.
