Clean, streamlined, and unpretentious, this government-rated three-star hotel dates from 1975 and lies in one of Berlin's most attractive districts in Wilmersdorf, a short walk from St. Ludwig's Church. Most of the accommodations come with a small private bathroom. The occupants of two rooms share an adjoining bathroom with toilet and shower stall. It's a favorite of business travelers, who appreciate its good value and respectability. As such, it has a high proportion of single rooms. Rooms are well designed, well scrubbed, and although not particularly large, very comfortable, each with a neat bathroom that is quite spacious, with either shower or tub. There are virtually no extras on-site, except soundproof windows and a charming breakfast room.
