In a residential area 3 blocks from the Boston-Brookline border, this well-kept three-story Victorian guesthouse offers comfortable accommodations at modest rates. The interior style is homey, with accents that suit the building's architecture. Rooms were redecorated in 2007, with new furniture and crisp color schemes.
