Within easy walking distance of Plaza San Martín and Calle Florida, the Meliá is among the best of the city's four-star hotels. Spacious guest rooms colored in soft earth tones feature overstuffed chairs, soundproof windows, and marble bathrooms. Large desks, two phone lines, and available cellphones make this a good choice for business travelers. Some of the rooms are also accessible for those with disabilities, but you should call to make sure of specifics. The staff offers friendly, relaxed service. The Meliá has a small Spanish restaurant and bar.
