Right on Seven Mile Beach, this unpretentious villa complex is comfortable and casual, though it's far less elegant than the Colonial Club. It is a family-friendly complex of one- and two-bedroom condos that is close to George Town. Inside and outside, it looks like a Days Inn motel along the Florida Turnpike. The units are well furnished with fully equipped kitchens, well-kept bathrooms with shower units, and daily maid service. There's a choice of queen- or king-size beds, and the best accommodations overlook the beach.
