In the southwest, near such larger resorts as Brac Caribbean, this complex of five town houses is available for both short- and long-term rentals. Built and opened in 1999, each town house contains two bedrooms and two bathrooms with tub/shower combos. Inside the generous space here, you'll find Caribbean-style furnishings -- including lots of white wicker. Each accommodation comes complete with a fully operating kitchen and a living room. Each unit can house at least four guests comfortably. Private porches, patios, and verandas add extra grace notes for easy living, as do hammocks and picnic areas with table and chairs. Ample closet and storage space are other highlights. Beach access is just a short walk across the street, where you'll find a reef-protected lagoon that's ideal for swimming and snorkeling, plus a 91m (299-ft.) private sand beach with shade trees.
