On the eastern edge of downtown, this motel is fine for budget travelers. Neatniks may have a few quibbles, but a VCR in every room, free video lending library, and complimentary continental breakfast fill the gaps. With such extras as a microwave, whirlpool tub, refrigerator, and pullout sofa in the sitting room, the suites -- which you can usually nab for $109 or less -- are the best deal in the house.
