One of only two Relais & Châteaux properties in Colorado -- the other is the Little Nell in Aspen -- the Home Ranch effortlessly balances that French pedigree of culinary excellence with down-home Western hospitality. People come here for the horseback riding, and the 90-horse-strong stable's revered custom program that allows guests to break free of the usual nose-to-tail rides and explore. In winter, riding gives way to cross-country skiing on-site, and the staff also provides transportation to the downhill slopes at Steamboat.
