The heiress to the Moulinex housewares fortune built it in 1993; Gilbert Irondelle, son of the director of Antibes's Grand Hôtel du Cap, has transformed it into a posh hotel that's less intimidating than his father's more monumental vision. The luxurious rooms contain contemporary furnishings, luxury beds, and deluxe bathrooms with tub/shower combinations. The restaurant serves French and international cuisine.
