The owners procured one of Cannes's most sought-after sites. The design of the six-story building, with massive amounts of exposed glass, recalls the best aspects of its older sibling, the Noga Hilton in Geneva. You register in a soaring lobby sheathed with white marble. The soundproof guest rooms are stylish, with balconies, bedside controls aside the luxury beds, tub/shower combinations, and various electronic accessories; rates vary with the sea view. Many of the appointments evoke the 1930s. Prestige Rooms have large beds and elegant carpeting. Less desirable units are called Cityview and Gardenview rooms.
