This hotel is St-Tropez's only rival to the Byblos, and, though just as luxurious and offering an even finer cuisine, it tends to have a more serious and staid clientele. This Relais & Châteaux hotel was built in the 1950s around a rustic stone-sided tower once used to store olives. Jean-Claude and Nicole Delion are the owners of this luxurious place on the seaside. The airy, spacious rooms open onto balconies or terraces with a view over the bay of St-Tropez. The stylish but offhand staff seems constantly overburdened. Rooms are stylish and plush, accompanied by neatly kept bathrooms.
