All guest rooms in this Lapad hotel have balconies overlooking either the sea or Lapad's park area. All are spacious, with middle-of-the-road furnishings that could use a major freshening. Room prices at the Grand Hotel Park are high for what you're getting, even if the hotel is in the middle of Lapad's restaurant and nightlife districts and a short distance from Uvala beach.
