On a flat, meticulously landscaped, 2-hectare (5-acre) site on Grand Anse Beach, this is an upper-middle-bracket resort, whose name means "heaven" in Arawak. Permeated with a Carib/Arawak theme, it evokes a white-walled Iberian-inspired apartment compound with lots of bustle. Set amid the densest concentration of resort hotels on the island, it lies 10km (6 1/4 miles) from St. George's and 5km (3 miles) north of the airport. The hotel has across-the-water views of town and of St. George's Harbour. All units have double beds plus verandas or patios.
