If you don't mind sharing a house with the host, this hidden bed-and-breakfast offers a quiet, relaxing vacation on 2 acres in Haiku. Host Neida Cahoj has the perfect eye for decorating and has created an absolutely gorgeous, comfy home. You have your own entrance into the sun room, with floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook the lush tropical jungle of koa, guava, and kukui nut trees. Two rooms are available: the antiques-filled Ginger Room and the Plumeria Suite, which features a bathroom with an old Chinese sideboard converted into a sink enclosure. The entire house is decorated with wonderful antiques and one-of-a-kind art and furniture. Guests have use of the refrigerator and microwave on the lanai, living room, sun room, and television room. A breakfast of coffee or tea, cereal, banana bread or toast, and fruit is served every morning. Neida's dog, Dodger, is happy to provide canine company.
