In a residential neighborhood, this well-run and affordable hotel was converted from a 1926 apartment building that survived World War II Russian bombardment. Convenient to shopping and museums, the hotel retains a lot of its original charm, even though it was practically rebuilt in 1985, with additional upgrades completed in 2002, including the recent installation of an upgraded ventilation system. The small to midsize bedrooms are comfortably decorated.
