This immaculately converted three-floor hotel -- formerly the modest Hostal Nuevo Gaos -- has been renovated and expanded into an ultra-smart, high-tech residence with free ADSL Wi-Fi connections in all rooms and a public business center. The decor is neat, smart, and stylishly minimalistic, and the ensuite bathrooms all have shower and tub.
