This French-Russian venture is the only decent hotel at Sheremetevo-2 Airport, and is in fact the first thing you see as you approach the airport by car. The drab gray building matches the drab gray airport. However, the hotel's interior is much cleaner and friendlier than the terminal nearby. There's little French about its style except for its restaurant, which serves by far the best food within a several-mile radius. The hotel offers free shuttle service downtown, but be prepared for long traffic jams anytime close to rush hour.
