At around 60 years, this three-story building is one of the oldest in town, but restored and modernized. The ground floor houses its cafe, offering meals beyond kuchen and sandwiches by reservation only. It also sells local crafts. Rooms are on the top two floors, typically furnished in wood, with wool rugs and bedspreads. Affiliated is the Posada Anchileufú, a country farmhouse 4.5km (3 miles) out of town to the northeast with slightly more upscale rooms. It has three rooms, but can offer two more rooms if a group wants to book the entire place.
