On the corner of Oscar Freire and Consolação, the Imperial Hall sits in the heart of São Paulo's toniest neighborhood, surrounded by restaurants, designer boutiques, and trendy shops. The building is new, and the 190 rooms are modern and pleasantly furnished. Built with the business traveler in mind, the hotel offers firm beds, large closets, a small kitchen, in-room high-speed Internet, and a large desk with easy access to lots of plugs. The Master Rooms on the 13th to 19th floors feature balconies and a few perks such as bathrobes and clock radios. As they only cost a fraction more, they're worth reserving. There's also a floor exclusively for women travelers.
