There's nothing fancy or out of the ordinary about this small business hotel, an affiliate of Japan Airlines, but it's clean, the staff is personable, and it has an unbeatable location in the Ginza. But, built almost 50 years ago and now one of Tokyo's old-timers, it does show its age. Rates are based on room size, with the cheapest rooms very tiny indeed; even the largest tend to be cramped and dark because of surrounding taller buildings, but all are done up in cheerful yellows, the windows can be opened, and the tubs are deep.
