New management has taken over what was previously the Pillory Beach Hotel, directly overlooking beautiful Pillory Beach -- and the main feature is the hotel's in-house dive operation, with on-site PADI instructors and dive masters. Each of the 12 rooms and four suites, located in a separate building from the main section of the resort, has a private balcony with sea views. Chef Zev Beck is at the helm in the resort's gourmet restaurant, Guanahani, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner Friday to Tuesday; a bar menu, with burgers, fish, and conch, is offered all day long every day.
