These isolated cottages are located on a wide and sandy beach right outside Frederiksted, about 6 miles from the airport, attracting honeymooners and families. Some cottages are made of cinder blocks, and others are wood. The paneled interiors are a bit worn and the whole look is a bit spartan, but reasonably comfortable. Most bedrooms have king-size or twin beds, with tight, compact bathrooms. All cottages have private patios. The hotel has kayaks and snorkel equipment free for guests to use at the beach. Due to the location, you'll have to depend on taxis or rent a car to get around the island. On the other hand, you can walk over to the center of Frederiksted for restaurants, bars, and shopping.
