Located 10 miles west of Vail at the posh Riverwalk, a retail/office/entertainment district in Edwards, this is a considerable value in comparison with your options right at the slopes, and access to both Beaver Creek and Vail Mountain is excellent. The rooms are nice, modern hotel rooms with bright colors and attractive spreads; the condos have balconies, gas fireplaces, Jacuzzi tubs, and full kitchens. There are dozens of restaurants and bars within walking distance and, in the off-season, they're typically bustling when the nightlife in Vail Village is sleepy.
