In the historic center, this hotel was launched in the mid-1990s near Casa Pilatos. The building dates from the 15th century, when it housed the butler to the Marquis of Tarifa. The interior is refined, and there are four Andalusian patios adorned with exotic plants. The beamed ceilings are original, and sparkling chandeliers hang from the ceilings. The rooms are large -- many have small kitchens and ample terraces. The bathrooms are tastefully decorated with showers and luxurious tubs, some of which are antiques.
