Set within the leafy residential suburb of Bergen-Enkheim, an easy 15-minute tram ride northeast from central Frankfurt, this is a warm and friendly hotel with well-designed accommodations and a stature as one of the leading architectural highlights of its neighborhood. It features a soaring, atrium-style lobby fronted with glass, marble floors, and three wings that join together in a design that emulates an airplane propeller. The staff here is especially charming, and on-site is a cozy bar that stays open late, a restaurant that attracts residents of the surrounding community, and a concierge who knows how to get things done. This is a well-recommended hotel that deserves to be better known, and if you don't mind the tram ride, which runs efficiently and frequently, you might find it a terrific choice.
