America's adult playground offers high rollers something more than blackjack. Check out the recently expanded Caesars Forum Shops, whose simulated "streets" are just like ancient Rome—only with Gucci bags and talking statues. One hundred and sixty shops plus 13 eateries make for an epic shopping orgy. The other "strip mall" is Fashion Show Mall, featuring Neiman-Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue, plus its own fashion runway.
