In a two-story shopping plaza off West Bay Road, this nightclub is the only one in the Caribbean that's open weeknights and closed on Saturday and Sunday. Located immediately adjacent to The Attic Billiard Lounge, it's a large, glossy, terra-cotta-and-black space with an industrial-looking steel staircase that leads to a hideaway lounge. There's been a concerted effort here to appeal to the island's hip, urbanized, and trend-conscious yuppies, with DJs imported from faraway New York, with a focus on bringing in cutting-edge music. Look for lots of circle motifs in the decor (hence the name "O Bar"). Beer costs around CI$5 (US$6/£3) a mug, and cocktails go for CI$7 (US$9/£4) each. The club is open Monday to Friday 10pm to 3am.
