Worldly Mr. Chinn can serve up just about any cocktail; I dare you to stump him or his staff. This chic restaurant bordering the southern edge of Hoan Kiem is a hip, late-night hangout, depending on the crowd. Some days it's a lazy, trance vibe and lounge atmosphere, others it's dancing and spinning. When the jazz club closes or any celebs are in town, the place stays open late. Can you dig it?
