This refined bar is so popular with Hong Kong's professional crowd, especially at the end of the working day, that the Mandarin Oriental's recent overhaul left it virtually unchanged (to have done otherwise would have unleashed a torrent of protest from the bar's fiercely loyal fans). Well known for its expertly made martinis and its pints of beer served in aluminum and silver tankards, it's a small, intimate place, with seating at the bar or on couches and light jazz Monday to Saturday from 9pm. Open Monday through Saturday from 11am to 2am and Sunday 11am to 1am.
