This candlelit rooftop is another one of Istanbul's exceptional panoramic locations and not surprisingly a popular magnet for the sophisticated night owls of Istanbul. In addition to the fab views, the bar is famous for its extensive cocktail menu, including things like Caipirovska and Balalaika, two drinks I've never even heard of. For those arriving with an appetite, the dinner menu offers some tantalizing options (slow-baked leerfish with tomatoes, capers, and olives; artichoke heart and Portobello salad with roasted red peppers and black-eyed peas). The festivities come indoors by the fireplace in winter. Open Monday to Thursday 11am to 2am, Friday 11am to 3am, Saturday 10am to 3am, and Sunday 10am to 2am.
