Q Jazz Bar cut its teeth in the cellar of the Çiragan Palace hotel before coming up to the hotel's garden terrace in summers. True to its elite lineage, Q now draws the cream of Istanbul society to its new location on the waterfront of Les Ottomans, where there's never an empty seat in the house.
