A veritable institution in Beyoglu, Viktor Levi is one of Istanbul's oldest wine houses. The fer forgé is the first indication of the 19th-century origins of the wine bar; it's a great spot to head to if you're looking to "go where the natives go" (if there is only one such place). Impress your date by ordering a bottle of the Viktor Levi special house wine. Open daily 11am to 2am.
