Ever since this classy Irish pub and restaurant opened in the chichi South of Fifth area in 2005, it became command central for everyone from Shaquille O'Neal and the Miami Beach police chief to local moguls and club kids looking for cold beer and, surprisingly a gourmet menu consisting of Shepherd's Pie, seared scallops and the best burger in the 'hood. My personal fave, however, is the New York-style pretzel served on a spike with a side of mustard.
