In Singapore's trendy club scene, nightclubs have been known to come and go. Bar None is one place that has enjoyed steady success, probably because they do a great job keeping up with their patrons' needs, with regularly scheduled theme parties and comedy nights. Resident band Jive Talking is a hot club band in town, playing a high-voltage mix of R&B, Top 40, and rock. Be prepared to queue up on weekends. On some Mondays, Bar None opens its stage to local indie bands. Hours are Tuesday to Sunday 7pm to 3am, Monday 7pm to 2am. Happy hour is 7 to 9pm.
