This franchise, partnered by Sweden's ICEHOTEL and Absolut vodka company, has an interior entirely of ice, imported from Sweden and including everything right down to the chairs, tables, and even the glasses. Because warm bodies will melt the ice, only 50 people are allowed in at a time, and even then they're allowed to stay only 45 minutes (reservations are recommended). You'll be given a cape to bundle up in against the chill, and gloves are recommended. In Tokyo's sweltering summer heat, it's downright refreshing. Skaal! It's open Sunday to Thursday 6pm to midnight, Friday and Saturday 6pm to 2:15am.
