Gaspanic has a well-earned reputation for hard-core partying, but patrons who prefer this Shibuya location over the original Roppongi bar say it's because the clientele (mostly Japanese and foreigners in their 20s) here tends to be mostly locals and because DJs play what customers want to hear, ranging from the Beatles to rap. Happy hour -- when drinks are ¥400 ($3.30/£1.70) -- is until 9:30pm daily and all night Thursday. Open daily 6pm to 5am.
