This is the largest entertainment complex to open on the island, with three separate venues. The courtyard sports bar offers a variety of games. The more elegant wine-and-champagne bar is where guests can relax to jazz and blues. Located in a restored 18th-century historic sugar mill, the bar features more than 100 different types of wines and champagnes from around the world. There's also a dance club, the largest of its kind in the U.S. Virgin Islands, featuring a sunken dance floor combined with a state-of-the-art lighting and sound system. Open Thursday to Sunday, with no set closing time -- go after 10pm.
