North of Georgetown, in the homey area known as Glover Park, is this neighborhood bar that has a comfortable feel to it. The owners have invited their regulars to bring in black-and-white family photos, which they use to adorn the walls. Downstairs is a narrow room and long bar; upstairs is a dining room with leather booths. Fifty bourbons are on offer, along with many fine wines and beers, and the usual complement of bar beverages. Another plus is the rooftop deck. Bourbon has a second location in Adams-Morgan, at 2321 18th St. NW (tel. 202/332-0800).
