Ottley's Plantation Inn, St. Kitts

Ottley’s is a former 17th century sugar plantation located 20 minutes from the capital of Basseterre. The spread is dominated by a lemon-yellow colored Great House with gingerbread trim and a spacious veranda. Its 24 rooms have carved-wood beds and tropical prints. Guests are treated to spectacular views of the ocean and Mt. Liamuiga, the island’s tallest peak. There is also a spring-fed swimming pool built into the remains of the old sugar boiling house.
