This roadside tavern, owned and operated by the Bowe family, specializes in very tender cracked conch, marinated in lime, pounded into tenderness, and then fried with Iva's own special seasonings. It's the best in the Exumas. The lobster linguini, garlic snapper, and shrimp scampi are also worth trying; this is good Bahamian cookery.
