If you're staying downtown, don't let this place slip off your radar. It does a good job with all the Mexican classics and some regional specialties as well. Unlike most restaurants, this one has the kitchen in front and the dining area in back. For a reasonable sum you can get a filling bowl of pozole. They also offer flautas, sopes, quesadillas, and guacamole. There's also traditional mole and a couple of combination plates. The chairs are comfortable, and you hang out with lots of locals.
